Mission:Conducting and reporting on compliance investigations in SHS Region China. Supportive role to Compliance management system implementation and improvement.
Area of responsibility :Case handling and remediation (Full responsibility) - Evaluate allegations and identify potential corruption, antitrust, or other risk exposure to the company group. - Independently investigate compliance matters of high complexity and sensitivity. - Plan, perform, and manage high priority and/or multi-jurisdictional investigations with the highest level of efficiency, quality, and professionalism. - Provide professional investigative advice and support to local Legal and/or global/local Compliance colleagues within Siemens Healthineers. - Closely collaborate with Legal and Compliance colleagues to develop appropriate guidance and support in structuring complex offerings - Timely prepare quality reports and propose risk mitigating and business-relevant recommendations, while ensuring timely adherence to internal and external deadlines. - Engage, align, and communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant appraisal of the facts and status of investigations with absolute regard for the “need to know” principle. - Travel domestically and internationally when required. (~20% travel rate on a yearly basis). - Responsibility for dealing with government information inquiries and work as coordinator   for internal stakeholders and collaborate with Legal colleauges on draft response. - Perform any other duties and special Compliance projects as may be assigned.
Risk Management (Full responsibility) • - Knowing strategy, environment and recent market changes of respective business • - Identification / analysis of potential risks / opportunities (together with Executive Management, where applicable) • - Prioritization of tasks / solutions based on risk assessment • - Develop responses and monitor risk mitigation • - Conducting Antitrust and Corruption exposure assessment • - Ensure that risks are adequatly reflected in the Compliance risk portfolio
Policies, procedures and controls (support responsibility) - Alignment, monitoring and follow up of policies and guidelines for own area of responsibility - Informing and consulting business proactively on new Compliance topics / regulations - Building or participating in a network of experts to ensure consistency and quality of advice - Initiation and coordination of compliance controls within business operations - Securing the continuous development of internal compliance controls - Ensuring that business takes responsibility for Compliance with relevant processes and tools - Conducting M&A Compliance due-diligence and recommendation for board decisions - Ensuring high professional standards of quality and transparency of processes
Training (support responsibility) - Acting as Compliance internal / external partner and change agent within own area of responsibility - Securing understanding of Compliance and integrity by continuous training and knowledge transfer to business - Ensuring that mandatory trainings are rolled out to relevant target employees - Ensuring that own employees are well trained in Compliance topics and respective trainers have sufficient didactic skills - Staying informed about developments of compliance topics and ensuring that own employees are also up-to-date - Ensuring that all changes are reflected in the training materials and corporate training materials are supplemented with appropriate entity / target group specific content, if neccessary - Ensuring that trainings are of high quality; initiate improvement measures based on participants' feedback Monitoring and Reporting (shared responsibility) - Measuring and monitoring implementation, effectiveness and continuous improvement of Compliance system - Evaluating adherence to policies / guidelines and ensuring definition, implementation and tracking of counter measures - Ensuring timely adherence and accuracy with regard to internal and external reporting obligations - Prompt reporting of compliance issues (in tool) and misconduct - Implementation / performing of Compliance Review process - Reporting status and adequacy of overall Compliance system and recommended changes to business management - Deriving measures from analyzing "detect" sources - Ensuring budget- and forecast planning, -reporting and cost-controlling
Education & Experience

- At least 8 years’ working experiences in compliance investigation related experiences including compliance risk assessment, compliance control framework, anti-trust, anti-corruption, audit, legal etc.

- With corporate working experience in MNCs (min. 5 years)
