 What You will Do:

Obtaining customer paperwork from the hardware receiving line Organizing, labeling, and scanning paperwork for distribution to the Customer Account Specialists Collecting and matching completed paperwork with appropriate hardware (Complete # of intakesMoving hardware to the appropriate racks Scanning and uploading paperwork Moving hardware to the inventory area as directed, and labeling of assets.Track and provide data to Customer Account Specialists for resolution of hardwareTracking on actions above and provide reports as necessary (method of communication 

How You Will Get Here:

Proven ability to manage and organize high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environmentExperience with document scanning, labeling, and electronic filing systemsPrior experience in a shipping/receiving or logistics role is preferredBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking and reportingFamiliarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, or hardware intake processesSelf-starter with minimal supervision required once trained

 

Pay Range: $19.23-$24.04 an hour

 

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Monroe, NC.You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.


Travel requirements: No travel required for this role outside of commute
