Job Description
Prepare and package all outgoing shipmentsReceive incoming materials and store them using FIFO (First In, First Out) proceduresMaintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and traceability recordsTrack shipping containers and inventory movementOperate forklifts and standard warehouse equipmentFollow all safety (EHS) procedures and company guidelinesConduct and support month-end inventoriesLoad production materials for the assigned production linesJump in to support other material handling or warehouse tasks as needed
Work Experience
Ability to read and follow simple written instructions and proceduresAbility to communicate clearly in small group or one-on-one settingsComfortable interpreting safety rules, operating procedures, and manualsBasic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsStrong common sense and ability to follow both written and verbal directionsExperience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electronic scales, and data entry toolsPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse support preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
