As a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you will manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate documentation, timely allocation, and smooth warehouse operations. What We Offer: $18.65 per hour First Shift; 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time, long-term opportunity with a global manufacturer Work with innovative vehicle and equipment brands Career development and cross-training potential Safe, team-oriented work environment What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing SAP experience preferred Ability to operate handheld scanners, tablets, and computers Ability to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication with procurement, inventory, and manufacturing teams Ability to lift, move, and load/unload materials as needed Dependable, safety-conscious, and results-driven What You’ll Do as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator: Use handheld scanners and SAP systems to receive and allocate materials Label items and match incoming shipments with packing lists Communicate discrepancies to procurement or shippers Support inventory control by ensuring accurate transactions and system updates Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving materials between campuses Allocate inbound materials to appropriate destinations (warehouse, assembly lines, etc.) Monitor “hot” material flows and resolve system errors or exceptions Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity standards Perform additional duties as assigned
