Shipping & Receiving Clerk
If you are a Logistics professional, based in Pittsburgh area, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking to add a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to our Freedom, PA warehouse team.    As a key member of our Power & Water Solutions (PWS) Facilities team, you will be responsible for the receipt and delivery of all incoming shipments, the packing and shipping arrangements of outgoing items and the preparation and maintenance of required records.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Responsible for the receipt of all incoming shipments and their delivery to the ordering departments or individual(s).  Check the Purchasing Department for “receiving – sets” of Purchase Orders to expedite delivery of RUSH orders.  Ensure that all shipments received are entered in the Receiving Records and proper receiving forms are processed for distribution.  Determine disposition of unidentified shipments received by contacting suppliers and checking with Purchasing and Engineering personnel. Arrange for on-site delivery and pickup of large and heavy equipment.  Ensure that apparatus, equipment, or component parts are properly packed and listed for direct shipment.  Responsible for the maintenance of shipping documents, and other records required by the operation and the preparation of required reports.   Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: A High School Diploma or equivalency Minimum of 2 years' experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting CDL license or ability to obtain Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this position
