CFP is searching for an employee with a professional attitude who can effectively manage relationships with internal and external customers. We are looking for a team player who will organize and prioritize efficiently, and as part of the Supply Chain Team, will expand their knowledge and expertise into other areas of the organization.

Location: Cerro Fabricated Products (CFP)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with required overtime as needed)

Pay: $17 and up based on experience

CFP is searching for an employee with a professional attitude who can effectively manage relationships with internal and external customers. We are looking for a team player who will organize and prioritize efficiently, and as part of the Supply Chain Team, will expand their knowledge and expertise into other areas of the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will:

Schedule inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating with freight carriersPrepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labelsEnsure accurate record-keeping and organization of material certifications, including customer distribution as requiredAssist in inventory control and contribute to a lean, Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping environmentSupport day-to-day operations to maintain the efficiency and reliability of the shipping department

Requirements

Strong safety awareness and history of safe work practices in a manufacturing settingMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to safely operate a forklift (fork truck)Familiarity with ERP systems and JIT inventory practices is a plus, but not required

Previous shipping/receiving experience is preferred
