**Job Title:** Shipping & Receiving Associate **Location:** Clifton Park, NY **Pay:** $17.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire; pay increase upon permanent hire) **Company:** Adecco Staffing (on behalf of Electronic Coating Technologies) **Job Summary:** Adecco is currently assisting Electronic Coating Technologies in hiring a reliable and detail-oriented **Shipping & Receiving Associate** for their Clifton Park facility. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with long-term potential. You may also assist with light assembly when needed. **Key Responsibilities:** + Package, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipment + Receive incoming materials and verify contents against packing slips + Log shipments and deliveries into tracking systems + Maintain inventory records and ensure warehouse is organized + Operate pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment (training provided) + Occasionally assist with production or assembly tasks when needed **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse preferred + Basic computer and data entry skills + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet during shift + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures **Schedule:** **Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM with opportunity for overtime.** **Why Apply?** + Competitive starting pay with opportunity to grow + Temp-to-hire with a reputable, clean, and safety-focused facility + Great opportunity to gain experience in manufacturing logistics **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
