Position: Shipping Associate
Summary: Receives and ships fragile customer equipment by performing the following duties.
Location: Roselle, Illinois
Reports To: Shipping & Receiving Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Receive, unpack, and organize customer equipment. Inspects products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Log customer equipment into Graftel database and distribute instruments to the appropriate lab.
• Carefully pack completed orders and log instruments out of Graftel database.
• Create the appropriate shipping labels based on PO instructions and notes in Graftel database.
• Organize completed orders and release to the appropriate delivery company

Education/Experience: Previous shipping/receiving and forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Math Ability: Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, division, multiplication. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and volume.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and accounting software.
