Position: Shipping Associate Summary: Receives and ships fragile customer equipment by performing the following duties. Location: Roselle, Illinois Reports To: Shipping & Receiving Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Receive, unpack, and organize customer equipment. Inspects products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications. • Log customer equipment into Graftel database and distribute instruments to the appropriate lab. • Carefully pack completed orders and log instruments out of Graftel database. • Create the appropriate shipping labels based on PO instructions and notes in Graftel database. • Organize completed orders and release to the appropriate delivery company Qualifications Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
