**Description** **Position Title: Shipping & Receiving Administrator** **Department: Shipping & Receiving** **Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada** **About AGI** AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada. With over 3,800 employees and over 30 global manufacturing brands, AGI is a leading provider of equipment and technology solutions for agricultural commodities including seed, fertilizer, grain and feed systems and an expanding platform for food processing facilities. **The Opportunity** The Shipping & Receiving Administrator ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner. **Responsibilities:** + Communicates shipping information to customers as required. + Communication with Customer Service on customer deliveries. + Fills out paperwork, including invoices, bills of lading, customs papers, waybills, etc. + Ensures that all information required for month-end is processed in a timely manner. + Track shipping performance and cost savings. + Handles freight claims as required. + Inputs purchase order receiving information into the ERP system. + Generates NCR’s for nonconforming material and updates NCR tracking system when receiver activity assignments are complete. + Communicates with vendors to resolve discrepancies. + Fills out and submits purchase requisitions for department supplies. + Contacts purchasing to update purchase order information as required. + Coordinates inspection activities with inspector in accordance with specified receiving procedures. + Orders lumber and other shipping supplies, as per established purchasing procedure. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED. + Post secondary education is an asset. + Enrolment in CITT/PLog designation an asset. + Well versed in Microsoft office suite of products. + Forklift experience required. + 3 to 5 years related experience is an asset. + SAP knowledge is an asset but not a requirement Knowledge of ISO procedures an asset. **Why AGI?** We’re leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here’s how: We’re the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world’s grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies. Dedicated to safety, innovation and customization, AGI offers one of the largest catalogs of equipment and full-service planning and engineering services for the storage, blending, mixing, conveying, conditioning, and processing of agricultural products worldwide.
