Principal Accountabilities

Accountable for shortages and overagesAssist crew with loading after order is pulledWork in Receiving/Shipping/Pre-Price as neededHousekeeping on dock and in freezersRotate working on loading dock with crew MembersPull all loads in a timely mannerCommunicate with load puller to ensure load discrepancies are at a minimumCargill certified and licensed on PIT equipmentPositive attitude and team focused

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderGood communication skills – verbal and writtenDemonstrate basic math skills and be familiar with the use of computersAbility to lift 60 -70 lbs. to heights of 80 inches throughout each dayAbility to work flexible hours (come in early or stays late, including Saturdays when needed)Ability to train and obtain PIT equipment certificationDependable and detail oriented

Previous experience operating a ForkliftPrevious warehousing Experience
