Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Georgetown KY 

 Shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday  7:00am – 3:30pm

Payrate:  $18.00 – $19.00/hour based on experience

What you will do: 

Coordinate the paperwork, Bills of Lading, Labels, Vendor paperwork Operate Sit-down forklift  Load and unload trailers  Unload in-bound trailers Place product in the warehouse Maintain warehouse organization  Assist checker/loader needs Responsible for Coordinating Daily Shipments Ensure trailers are docked and ready to load Print pick up list  Make sure releases match PUL (if not contact Customer Service) Print pick tickets to load the trailer(s) give to the forklift drivers (loaders)  Print and apply  labels to units and assure part numbers match Ensure Bill of Lading (BOL) matches releases/PUL sheet Verify that the BOL + PUL + the Packing List all match Email customer load validation Cut Bills of Lading  Coordinate FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc. delivery/pickup for the facility  Support the Shipping manager by assuring proper documentation is completed accurately 

What we need from you: 

Must be at least 18 years of age or over Must comply with clients substance abuse & background policy Must have Highschool Diploma/Equivalent  Must have Sit-down forklift experience Must have 2 – 5 yrs of experience in the industry Must have basic computer skills Must have intermediate phone skills Must have strong interpersonal skills, verbal skills & written communication skills
