JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
* Monitor and place daily orders into supplier systems
* Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
* Is self-motivated and able to work independently
* Is a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
* Is detail and results oriented with the ability to plan daily activities to meet delivery goals
* Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
* Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel
* Other duties or tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma/GED
* Minimum of two years of experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehousing or similar field
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability to prioritize and plan the daily work
* Ability to work in a team
* Analytical skills including utilizing a well-ordered approach to solving problems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
