Job Scope

Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipment and prepare related documentationsResponsible for monitoring shipment status and preparing up-to-date reportsHandle Rocars application and Tradelink declarationCoordinate with both internal and external partiesMonitor logistics service provider KPIPerform ad-hoc assignment which assigned by department head

 Requirements

Form 5 / DSE or above2-3 years' working experience is preferredExperience with electronic industry is an advantage but not a must.Experience in 3PL and Forwarder will be consideredSolid experience in handling L/C, D/P, tradelink etc. is preferredHave SAP knowledge is preferredGood command of written and spoken English and fluent MandarinGood PC skills and MS OfficeSelf-motivated, team player and sense of responsibilitiesAble to work under pressure & overtimePassionate to workWilling to learn and take up challengesImmediate available is preferred
