What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all outbound movement from warehouse till delivery to customer.
Acknowledgement the definition of custom forms function.
Liaise with CSR/Sales Team for the shipping arrangements.
Reporting any external or internal issue/s to superior and team leader.
Resolve any discrepancies highlighted by CSR/Sales Team.
Updating the tracking shipment into WMS.
To support other warehouse operations when required
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of shipping / freight forwarding experience.
Basic Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office, Replying Emails)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking
Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage
