**Position:** Shipping Coordinator **Job Description:** **What You’ll Be Doing** + Oversee all outbound movement from warehouse till delivery to customer. + Acknowledgement the definition of custom forms function. + Liaise with CSR/Sales Team for the shipping arrangements. + Reporting any external or internal issue/s to superior and team leader. + Resolve any discrepancies highlighted by CSR/Sales Team. + Updating the tracking shipment into WMS. + To support other warehouse operations when required **What We Are Looking For** + At least 2 years of shipping / freight forwarding experience. + Basic Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office, Replying Emails) + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills + Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking + Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage **What’s In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
