This fixed-term position is based at our European headquarters in High Wycombe, UK, and is offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

Job purposeResponsibility for & ownership of onward delivery processes Ensuring deliveries are completed on timeProviding business updates on shipments to support revenue recognitionManaging supporting shipping and banking documentationManaging Ad hoc shipments for manufacturingImport clearanceKey Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBooking of deliveries according to customer & revenue requirementsEnsuring all shipments are commercially clear & compliant with export controlsUpdating weekly report on period’s shipmentsLetters of Credit managementApplication of Chamber of Commerce documentsManage large OTC shipmentsAccurate Import clearance instructions to our carriersAd hoc support to other team membersKey Experience and Competencies (includes skills)Excellent Organization skillsUnderstanding of product shipment procedures including awareness of incotermsKnowledge of Letters of Credit (not essential but preferred).Sound analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and third parties.A good demonstrable of prioritization within a multi-function role.Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial departments.A high standard of computer literacy, including Excel/Word advance knowledge (VLOOKUP’s essential)
