**Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Clerk** **Location:** Dixon, CA **Pay Rate:** $22 Hourly **Shift:** 1st shift, 6AM start **Position Overview** An **Adecco client** is seeking a reliable and safety-focused **Shipping Clerk** to join their team. This role is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products within the shipping department using forklifts and pallet jacks, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and USDA regulations. **Key Responsibilities** + Safely load and unload products with forklifts and pallet jacks. + Transport products to designated storage or staging areas and stack efficiently. + Maneuver equipment in tight spaces safely and effectively. + Pick and stage orders for shipment. + Perform product counts for accuracy and inspect for damages. + Operate RF (Radio Frequency) scan guns to maintain accurate inventory records. + Enter shipment data into systems and generate advance shipment notifications. + Support manual order picking as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience). + Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience. + Minimum 1 year of experience using RF scan guns (or equivalent). + Ability to read and write in English + Basic knowledge of shipping workflows and warehouse operations. **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://uat.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance **Massachusetts Candidates Only:** It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
