Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a **Shipping Clerk** to join their team. This position plays a key role in preparing outgoing materials and ensuring all shipments are accurate, timely, and properly documented. **Location:** Rochester, NY **Schedule:** 7:00am – 3:30pm **Pay:** $20 - $23 /hour (based on experience) **Key Responsibilities:** + Verify outgoing shipments by comparing labels and documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, etc.) + Prepare products and materials for shipping and ensure they meet customer specifications + Maintain records of shipped goods + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks + Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight companies + Occasionally drive company vehicle (under 3 tons) for local deliveries + Support general warehouse tasks as needed **What We're Looking For:** + Minimum of one year of shipping/receiving experience + Forklift experience is required + Familiarity with ERP systems (IQMS a plus) and Microsoft Office + Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team + High school diploma or GED preferred **Physical Demands & Work Environment:** + Standing for extended periods + Moderate lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead + Exposure to warehouse equipment and physical hazards from moving machinery **Interested in this opportunity?** Apply today and let our team help you find the right fit. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
