The Ops Shipping Clerk will assist the Distribution Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads with accurately and efficiently maintaining records, preparing and processing outbound shipments, and communicating with carriers and retail stores to ensure a smooth transition from loading to unloading.

Responsibilities Assists Distribution Management in basic and clerical dutiesPerforms document preparation, control, and filing activitiesPerform daily end of shift reportsAbility to help Management and Leads in any other area of the business as neededCommunicate with supervisors, team leaders and transportation of daily needsCompletes daily yard checksComplete accurate daily data entryCreate and or manage transportation/operations spreadsheetsCommunicate and/or coordinate pickup and delivery routesWork with carriers to supply equipment needsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or GED strongly preferred; combination of education and experience may be consideredProficient in basic computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office RF scanning proficientMust operate in compliance with all company policiesMust be able to work safely in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly motivated, a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as with others in a dynamic work environmentMust be able to solve problemsBe flexible, have an adaptable schedule, willing to work across multiple shifts including holidays Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time as neededAbility to lift 70 pounds or moreAbility to lift and handle cases in a variety of sizes and weightsAbility to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse/distribution center setting Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
