Start your new career as a Shipping Clerk with MAU at our client in Liberty, SC. As a Shipping Clerk, you will coordinate daily shipments, manage inventory, and support efficient warehouse operations to ensure timely product deliveries. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: Direct-hire opportunity What We’re Looking For: Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations Forklift operation experience Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, cold, and physically demanding environments Willingness to work weekends as needed Knowledge of SQF, GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP (preferred) Bilingual preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependability and teamwork mindset What You’ll Do as a Shipping Clerk: Utilize scanners and PLEX software for inventory management and order processing Schedule shipments and coordinate with carriers using Appointment Plus software Pull and prepare products for shipment, including working in freezer areas Maintain inventory records, including offsite warehouse inventory Complete shipping documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, and shipping orders Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and accurate location scanning Load/unload products and materials into trailers efficiently Report shipping discrepancies or product damages Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners
