Crown Beverage Packaging, Fort Bend Plant # 060, 12910 Jess Pirtle Blvd, Sugar Land, Texas 77478.

 

Duties And Responsibilities:

The Shipping Clerk responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:  

Check daily customer shipments and follow up pending pick ups Ensure all shipping documentation (i.e. waybills, bills of lading, shipping orders, or manifest) required to move the shipment is available for inspection and archived correctly Provide direction/instruction of incoming loads Visually inspect all trailers for compliance Complete reports on rejected trailers and follow up to get recovery trailers Complete Manual Bill of Ladings as needed Verify all shipping documents are accurate Handle all incoming shipping related inquiries Manage dock scheduling system and coordinate with the team members Perform cycle counts as needed and reconcile discrepancies Perform month end Inventory count, reconcile discrepancies and report to the Warehouse Supervisor Must be a team player and able to work in a high pace environment Ability to utilize existing tools and assist with continuous improvement projects. Comply with company’s policies and safety regulations Support Shipping Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned
