**Job Title: Shipping and Inventory Specialist**
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will have a strong history in production inventory and order entry. You will play a key role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure accurate data entry for inventory and order details.
+ Manage order entry processes efficiently using ERP systems.
+ Coordinate production scheduling to optimize workflow.
+ Oversee purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials.
+ Facilitate smooth shipping and receiving operations.
+ Conduct cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience with order management systems and ERP software.
+ Strong communication skills for customer service interactions.
+ Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
+ Problem-solving skills to address issues in the order entry process.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
+ Technical proficiency in using spreadsheets and databases.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in an open workspace office setting, utilizing technology for efficient operations. Working hours are from 6:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
