**Position:** Shipping Clerk **Job Description:** **What You’ll Be Doing** + Assists the maintenance team in completing projects, work orders, call responses, and preventive maintenance activities. Works with conveyor, HVAC, and electrical systems as well as machinery such as work assist vehicles. + Handles physical cargo activities for shipment. This work can be dirty or heavy at times. + Acts as the first line of response for all facility building & equipment needs. + Prioritizes and multi-tasks in response to issues that arise with facility equipment. + Performs basic MS Office functions and work with MS Outlook sending emails. + Follow up on trucking arrangement and updating the tracking shipment into WMS. **What We Are Looking For** + At least 2 years of shipping / freight forwarding experience. + Basic Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office, Replying Emails) + Experience in handling physical cargo activities for shipment + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills + Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking + Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage **What’s In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
