What You'll Do as a Shipping Associate / Forklift Operator:

Secure products to pallets using plastic and metal banding toolsRead pick tickets and verify parts using a tape measureOperate forklifts to move materialsLoad Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Flatbed shipments efficiently and safelyPerform inventory cycle counts and assist with truck layout planningInput shipment details into a Microsoft-based system for real-time updatesKeep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsComplete a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous shipping experienceSit-down forklift experience with current or attainable certificationStrong attention to detail and time managementSolid attendance and work ethicBasic math skills and computer entry abilitiesWillingness to cross-train and operate band saws and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure accurately (measuring test required)Ability to pass a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency
