**Shipping Associate $22-25/HR** Location: Moline, IL 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm **Overview:** Join a growing company specializing in laboratory instruments used in research and production. As a Shipping Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting inventory and logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive and verify incoming shipments using packing slips and physical counts. + Coordinate with logistics companies to confirm delivery schedules and ETAs. + Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing freight. + Assist with creating and updating daily inbound freight logs. + Handle returns from stores and ensure proper documentation. + Collect and file driver transfer sheets. + Record box counts for next-day deliveries. + Support RMAs and document defective or mismatched items. + Communicate with Inventory Planner regarding shipping discrepancies. Required Skills: + Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work with ERP systems and perform accurate data entry. Preferred Background: + Previous work in inventory, logistics, or production environments.
