Join the Aerospace Frontier as a Shipping Associate – Second Shift | $20–$23/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Contract)
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). As a Shipping Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that high-value components and materials are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help keep the aerospace world moving.

 What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment: Pack and label shipments with precision and care.

Carrier Coordination: Use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other platforms to prepare compliant shipments.

Documentation: Create and manage shipping documents like packing lists, invoices, and bills of lading.

Hazmat Handling (Preferred): Prepare hazardous materials in line with IATA, DOT, and IMDG regulations.

Quality Control: Inspect outgoing packages for accuracy and damage.

Safety First: Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Problem Solving: Address shipping issues and escalate when needed.

Equipment Use: Operate pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and other tools safely.

Teamwork: Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams.

 What You Bring

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

2–3 years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse roles

Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong math, organizational, and time management skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Preferred:

Hazmat shipping knowledge (IATA, DOT, IMDG)

Forklift certification

SAP experience

Background in manufacturing or distribution

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
