**Job Description:** JOB SUMMARY: The Shipping / Receiving Clerk prepares goods for shipment, receives, and unpacks incoming shipments, completes shipping and receiving reports, and inputs data for purposes of inventory control. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision ESSENTIAL DUTIES: · Receives, unpacks, verifies, and records all incoming materials and supplies · Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies · Maintain a clean, neat shipping/receiving area · Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries · Sort and stocks receivables. · Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes · Distributes incoming materials, AR mails, supplies and mail to designated department(s) · Records accurate shipment data and perform data entry of inventory product transactions, including but not limited to receiving (outside processing jobs, receiving non-inventory and inventory items), job orders, material transfers, and inventory adjustments · Pack and ship products in a timely and efficient manner · Distributes inventory as directed to other departments, while keeping warehouse organized · Complete shipping reports/logs · Fill/process Job Order pick lists per written procedures · Participates in annual physical inventories · Perform other job duties, errands or special projects as assigned by manager **Job Requirements:** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
