Shipper/Receiver **Responsibilities** + Responsible for pre-job safety instruction (PSI) and job hazard analysis (JHA). Safely tests and inspects tools and equipment. + Promotes a safety culture. + Selects and stores material, equipment, and tools to satisfy the requirements of the requisitions. + Champion initiatives to reduce non-value add activities and streamline processes while maintaining or improving effectiveness. + Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders. + Responsible for housekeeping of the facility. + Assists with the loading and offloading of material, equipment, and tools. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + No experience required. + Ability to safely operate forklift and other equipment to load/unload material. + Effective organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. + Ability to understand and employ the company’s specifications, methods, and procedures. + Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. + Basic computer knowledge.
