We are looking for you to support our motivated front office team from the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities\nPlanning and supervising the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and room allocations for VIPs, groups, and crews.\nCoordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.\nConducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.\nHandling guest requests and complaints.\nSupervising cashiers.\nProviding information about customer loyalty programmes.\nHanding over at the end of the shift.\nCompleting administrative tasks.\nManaging your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.\nPreparing invoices.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nSuccessfully completed specialist training\nCommunication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills\nOPERA knowledge\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nKeen interest in team-oriented work\nVery good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.\n
