Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Irwin, PA

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $85000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-TH, 3pm- 1:30am
  Shift Supervisor Objective

Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced production environment to achieve delivery goals while maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production activities and adjust workforce schedules to meet delivery targets Audit production performance and utilization; provide employee feedback on attendance and scheduling requirements Cross-train workforce to handle production fluctuations and monitor workload distribution across work centers Monitor scrap and rework rates; develop corrective actions using Lean problem-solving techniques Coordinate with CNC programming department to ensure proper tools and fixtures are available on schedule Conduct weekly 5S audits and ensure findings are addressed Create and revise work instructions, part routings, and rework operations as needed Maintain organized, clean shop environment for efficient product flow Generate maintenance work orders and purchase requisitions for supplies Collaborate with Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, and Assembly departments Ensure all tasks and processes meet safety requirements Requirements Associates degree in Manufacturing discipline 8+yrs Machine Shop experience

Preferred Qualifications:

CNC programming experience LEAN training and implementation experience
