We are now recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Team at Iforce Corby (NN18) on a Full time and permanent position. 

Job Description

Shift: 

Based on a rota to be discussed during interview - 10:00am-22:00pm (Will include some weekends)

Salary:

Up to £30,293 per annum (Breakdown below)

£25,578 basic per annum£2,557 per annum (Shift Allowance)£1,918 per annum (Banked hours allowance if applicable)£240 per annum (First Aid allowance if applicable)

Your job duties will include but not limited to the below.

Provide training for new and existing Staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away and despatch of stock.Supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to maintain SLA targets.Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are maintained.Ensuring optimum levels of stock integrity.Supporting the Shift Supervisor to ensure that staffing levels planned to meet required levels of efficiency.Develop and train all team members so that their contributions to the warehouse can be maximised and succession plan.Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.Monitor and control the work environment to ensure that it is operating to its optimum efficiency.Being personable to effectively communicate with drivers & operatives whilst finding solutions for potential challenge

QualificationsExperience of managing teams within a multi client warehouse environment desirable Process oriented – an appreciation for specific client requirementsDelivery of quality and cost improvements through continuous improvementPeople manager – Leads by example, encourages team spirit and can motivate a teamAdaptable & responsive to change – ability to monitor workflow and move workforce accordingly.Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions
