Emmy Squared West Midtown, Atlanta is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our growing team! Part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant company serving Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, fresh salads, and more. With over 20 locations across the country—including NYC, DC, Alexandria, Nashville, Atlanta, and beyond.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure a smooth, efficient shift while delivering a top-notch guest experience. Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead and support the FOH and BOH teams during your shiftEnsure smooth execution of service and uphold guest satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reportingAddress and resolve any guest issues that arise during the shiftCoach and support team members, stepping in where needed to ensure operations run effectivelyEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standardsCommunicate effectively with the management team regarding shift performance, staffing, and any operational issues

Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurantStrong communication and leadership skillsA team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example approachAbility to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
