MAU is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Paris, TX. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and manage MAU associates to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent development goals at the Kimberly-Clark facility. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great Work Environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional Supplemental Benefit Programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Rotating 13-hour shifts with a rotating schedule; additional hours as needed to complete tasks Career Path Platform Trainer Safety-Training Manager HR Manager General Manager Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience 2-3+ years of work experience in manufacturing or logistics General Requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ethical conduct and personal credibility Ability to manage 45–75 hourly employees Essential Functions Supervise MAU staff on rotating shift operations Schedule based on production needs Serve as a subject matter expert in processes and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with plant standards and legal requirements Manage raw materials with critical process controls Lead and mentor associates across departments Support MAU Leader Standard Work Facilitate conflict resolution Deliver training and coaching Manage on-shift safety, incident reporting, and compliance Oversee BC, CC, and logistics departments with a focus on safety Control costs and optimize workforce efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure customer service excellence Maintain housekeeping standards and policy compliance Handle payroll/KRONOS and attendance counseling Update communication boards and resolve red-flag issues Serve as a resource in daily KC meetings Respond to special customer requests Work Environment and Physical Demands Manufacturing or warehouse setting, including hot/cold environments or GMP clean rooms Physical Requirements Walk up to 8+ miles daily Lift up to 45 lbs Travel Occasional travel, less than 25 miles per month
