Manufacturing Supervisor-

To provide supervisory leadership, efficient management and creative problem solving, in department related plant operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensuring consistent basic quality standards and procedures up and down work chainFinancial review/cost analysisP&L responsibilitiesOperations management (production schedule, releases, deliveries, product quality assurance)Identifying and assembling key team players for projectsLaying out project parametersManufacturing analysis to reach peak efficiencyManufacturing technological advancesInput with product developmentIdentifying new opportunities to impact business and operations goals positivelyDirects and coordinates forging plant operations based policies., objectives, and programs spanning manufacturing functionsDetermines performance and product quality and has direct accountability for that performance

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Manufacturing shop floor experience requiredS./ B.A. (engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent work experienceUnion experience preferred4 on/ 4 off- 12 hour shifts. 10a-10p

SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
