Job Summary

Daily management of the entire production process on the shop floor, with attention to all relevant aspects such as team cohesion, product quality and quantity, and especially the safety of the production process.

This includes ensuring the safety of the installation, providing safe work instructions, and instilling the correct safety attitude in operators.

Organizing the team's leave schedule and staffing to ensure safe and efficient production.

Monitoring and evaluating operators on both hard and soft criteria through performance reviews.

Creating a cohesive whole of all teams together with the other Shift Supervisors through team, toolbox, and supervisor meetings.
