Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical profession **Experience:** + Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field + Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:** + Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Very good German language skills + Willingness to become a qualified Chemical Process Technician (Apprenticeship) **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** + Work in a shift model (5-shift) + Able to lift 25 kg and stand for extended periods + Work in a clean room environment with strict safety protocols **What We Offer** Compensation + Competitive pay based on Austrian Chemical Industry agreement.
