Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensure team members are provided adequate training, resources and support to assure safe manufacturing practices in a nuclear regulated environment.Be responsible for meeting the shift's strict EHS requirements, product quality requirements and production schedule requirements.Serve as the Interim site Emergency Director (IED) during off shifts and weekends until relieved.Assure operation planning - provide direction to support needs of production area, including work assignments, scheduling of overtime, and training.Focus team on constantly seeking opportunity for improvement. Support, encourage and facilitate Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects.Work with manufacturing engineering, support functions and FMO leadership to provide technical, quality, and production leadership.Promote safe, compliant shift operations.Promote team engagement and ownership, and continuous training.Communicate business goals, programs, and processes to DCP and Furnaces shift.Develop and support the growth of all team employees.Support manufacturing leaders in the strategic planning of staffing, equipment, and other resources.Perform other relevant duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and supervisory experienceOR

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on August 18, 2025.
