✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nManage operational performance on shift to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on productivity, quality and cost \nEnsure workload planning and resourcing routines are accomplished to the required standard \nManage cost budget for own area and identify cost saving opportunities where appropriate \nAchievement of KPI's on productivity, quality and cost providing commentary and improvement plans where KPI's are not achieved\nBuilding and maintaining effective working relationships with Trade Union or other colleague representation bodies\nTraining and development of direct reports and colleagues on shift in line with their personal aspirations and the needs of the business \nUnderstand the needs of the customer and put in place effective plans to deliver these at all times

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nResults focus and previous KPI management skills \nExperence in warehouse cost management\nExperence in warehouse automation and flow managment \nExperence in working in a unionised site \nManagement experence of up to 7-10 direct reports \nOk to work on rotational shifts ( 7:00 -15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 ) \nLooking for experence shift managers to handle a busy site.\n\n
