Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily shift operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and team supervision Ensure adherence to operational KPIs – productivity, accuracy, and safety Lead, motivate, and manage on-ground teams to ensure high performance Coordinate with cross-functional teams like inventory, logistics, and customer support Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with SOPs Handle real-time operational challenges and provide effective resolutions Maintain shift reports, attendance, and operational dashboards

What We’re Looking for:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus) 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce FC or dark store operations Pharma industry experience is an added advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with shift-based work schedules

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems Understanding of last-mile delivery processes

Experience in high-speed operational environments
