Pate Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Rehab Tech to fill the role of Shift Leader. Our Rehab Tech Shift Leaders ensure quality residential rehabilitation care by providing supervision of and participation in patient care throughout our residential facilities. External Job Description Provide supervision of Rehab Tech staff to ensure a safe and clean residential environment and exceptional client carePerform Rehab Tech duties including working with clients to carry out established treatment plans, assistance with activities of daily living, and patient transportation when necessaryEnsure that residential recommendations, rehabilitation plans, and medication management plans are followed per clinician’s directionEnsure compliance of all applicable standards and regulationsMaintain thorough and timely documentation of care providedAssist with training and development of staff as neededPerform other duties as assigned by residential management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredSupervisory experience preferredPrior experience as a Rehabilitation Technician requiredMust pass all pre-employment and employment verifications About our Line of Business
