As the Shift Lead – Warehouse day/night rotation, working in Albany, GA, you are responsible for safely managing the shift operation, supporting the Warehouse team’s continuous development, working both at the situational and systemic level. This position leads the operational execution and sustainability of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) efforts for the Warehouse department area and teams through a process of involvement, performance management and personal leadership. This position is accountable for the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures; in addition to coordinating efforts and resources across teams to achieve shared goals.
This position reports to the Unit Manager – Warehouse and works closely with warehouse operational teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Operates with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, guiding and monitoring team members in their adherence to Safety, Quality, and World Class Supply Chain methodologies to optimize the team's performance. Guides, develops, and monitors the team to utilize World Class Supply Chain 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, safe and productive work environment. Uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize team performance and make decisions to improve and optimize throughout the work areas. Interprets production plan schedule requirements and works with the teams to organize team members and equipment/material resources to execute the plan. Leads value optimized projects to drive costs savings across the department and brewery. Proficient in all processes and equipment related to area of accountability and able to work with the teams to assess the feasibility and value of ideas. Uses working knowledge of manufacturing systems (such as EIT downtime reporting systems, etc.) to maximize operations in concert with supply chain. Ensures co-ordination between teams and other teams both inside and outside the area (asset care, brewing, quality, and engineering). Applies working knowledge of Warehouse process to guide the teams in enacting improvements. Motivates the teams to deliver its best performance on an on-going basis. Works collaboratively with Human Resources and Union representatives to proactively resolve employee issues in general and concerns related to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Responsible for conducting investigation and grievance meetings in collaboration with Human Resources and Union Representatives.Key Ingredients:
You will have a bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Science or Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in operations Your will have previous coaching experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in packaging optimization of consumer goods. Knowledge of relevant hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) including safe work practices Knowledge of packaging operations (theory & application), cost management and LEAN concepts Strong analytical skills, good communications, innovative approach and real sense of urgency Ability to demonstrate Molson Coors’ Values. Experience in a unionized environment including application of a collective bargaining agreement or like experience is considered an asset Ability to influence othersBeverage Bonuses:

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $71,000.00 - $93,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
