Securitas is looking to hire  Security Shift Supervisor Officer to work in our Bordentown, NJ location.

 

Do you have 2 or more years in a Security shift supervisor role? This could be your next endeavor.

 

  Full time

  Wed-Sun  

  6:00am to 2:00pm

 

   $20.00 an hour

$500 sign on Bonus after 45 days.

 

What Your Day May Look Like:

Conflict resolution and De-escalation.Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.Provide detailed written witness reports.Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.Customer Service or Security Experience accepted!Logistics styles positions involving truck gate operations: ID check, license plate and serial number review.Comfortable doing Mobile and foot  patrol.Must be comfortable with working in an outdoor environment.
