High school diploma required, some secondary education preferredMinimum 2 years industrial supervisory experience preferredBasic understanding of safety regulations and environmental complianceStrong Interpersonal and Communication Skills (both written and verbal)Ability to resolve complex situations related to operations as well as personnelStrong decision makerTroubleshooting skills and Mechanical aptitude a plusComputer skillsAble to work rotating shift / 12 hours shiftsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
