主要职责Core Job Responsibilities 负责共用设施和工艺或包装设备的预防性维护，并确保符合公司相关的安全、GMP制度。 Responsible for preventive maintenance of the utility/process/package equipment, in the premise of compliance with company safety and GMP related procedures. 实施日常预防性维护工作，包括设备清洁、润滑、部件更换等确保设备在正确的状态下运行。 Perform routine preventive maintenance activities, including equipment cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement to ensure machinery is in proper working condition. 根据日常实际维护要求和内容，定期评估和更新PM计划。 Regularly assessment and update PM plan based on the actual daily maintenance request and content. 确保维护活动的及时性和高效性，减少生产停机时间。 Ensures maintenance activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner to reduce production down-time. 参与设备安装项目并支持项目验证包括IQ,OQ,PQ 过程，确保设备是通过验证合格的。 Participate in the installation of new equipment and support the validation include IQ, OQ,PQ, ensure equipment is validated and qualified. 协调外部供应商的设备维护工作，确保供应商采用的合格的质量要求，正确的部件以及正确的作业步骤。又能力按照需要的标准或程序对相应的设备进行测试。 Coordinate equipment repairs with external subcontractors, ensure quality, correct parts and proper procedures are being used. Ability to test the equipment with required standard or procedures 制作设备维护、维修以及调试的文件记录，确保在MAXIMO 系统中记录准确的可靠的设备记录。 Document equipment maintenance, repairs and adjustments to ensure accurate and reliable machine work histories are maintained in Maximo. 支持制定备件清单，在确保生产零中断的前提下制定最优化的备件库存量。 Support to develop spare parts list, ensure zero disruption to production while update the inventory information to low the optimum level 提出建设性可实施性建议，参与并支持设备可靠性、安全和质量相关的可持续性改进。 Raise advisable suggestions, take part in or dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality 负责设备故障的根源分析，识别出相应对策并跟踪实施进度。 Analyze root cause of machine problem, identify the solution, and follow up the progress. 为产品质量问题负责。 Be responsible for the product quality issues 最低学历要求Minimum Education 职业技术学校及以上毕业，机械，电气或自动化专业优先。 Technical school or above and major in mechanical , electrical ,automation is advantaged 最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required 3年以上工程部门或职能方面工作经验 3 years working experience in engineering 有很好的在食品/药品制造行业的GMP 和GDP知识和经验 Good practical knowledge of GMP and GDP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing 有很好的文件管理方面的知识和经验 Good knowledge and practice in documentation management 良好的团队合作精神，沟通技巧 Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills 熟悉婴幼儿乳品法规，并且了解法规所要求的相应岗位的职责和知识 Familiar with infant formula dairy product regulation, and knowledge of the role and responsibility definition by regulation would be preferred 能读写英语 Able to read and writing English 基本的电脑操作技能 Basic computer operation skill.
