**Description**
**Summary**
Under the supervision of the program director, supervises the residential aides and performs administrative work related to the program.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** i **nclude the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.**
+ Oversee and assign duties to Residential Aides
+ Assists residential aides on shift with handling the daily activities as well as intervening in crisis management.
+ Assists the case managers in helping clients with the identification of appropriate programs such as healthcare, mental health, and housing services within NYS.
+ Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and required training, in accordance with program guidelines.
+ Establish and maintain client files in accordance with internal, local, state, and federal requirements and enter data in computerized systems.
+ Assist with quality assurance quarterly reports (i.e., fire drills, in-service training, safety inspections, satisfaction surveys, building and vehicle reports, etc.).

**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**
+ High School diploma
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
+ Minimum two years’ experience working in social service.
+ Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
+ This job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
