SHE Manager

Ecolab is seeking a passionate and experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to join our Darra site leadership team. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help shape the safety culture and wellbeing of our team in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Champion personal and process safety, environmental compliance, and wellbeing across the site.

Lead risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with health and safety committees and team members to foster engagement and ownership.

Review safety data and improvement tags to identify trends and opportunities.

Be a trusted advisor and influencer within the Darra leadership team, working cross-functionally to solve challenges and support your peers.

What You’ll Bring

Formal qualifications in Health and Safety.

Understanding of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations and / or process safety.

Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead safety programs and influence outcomes on site.

Experience in return to work, injury management or fire safety certification would be highly regarded.
