Job Description This consultant will be part of a larger SOW for the Lean + AI team within the Cloud Capacity Supply chain group at a large tech company. This is a team of 8 consultants that work for Insight Global helping deliver work for the manager of the Lean +AI team. This teams responsibility is to create educational content, training modules, and engagement materials designed to educate the greater Cloud Supply Chain group on Lean Six Sigma methodology and AI best practices. Insight Global is looking for a SharePoint SME/Admin that will be primarily responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of the team's SharePoint site. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the SharePoint site is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively supports the team's collaboration and information-sharing needs. The second aspect of this role will be to work as a project manager/admin to help plan, coordinate, and run Lean Six Sigma Kaizen events at the tech company's Hyderabad facility. The consultant will be responsible for admin work associated with these Kaizen events such as booking conference rooms, facilitating the ordering of supplies, sending out messaging, and any other associated pre/post event administrative tasks. Skills and Requirements A deep understanding of how to manage, update, develop and optimize a SharePoint website: 2+ years of experience o Knowledgeable on permissions settings at all levels associated with SharePoint sites(sites, folders, documents, groups, sensitivity labeling)  Strong organization and communication skills that can be used to help manage administrative tasks associated with large corprate events  Folder management and maintenance experience  Lean Six Sigma experience: A general understanding of the methodology  Work autonomously: No training or extensive oversight required  English Proficient: Strong communication skills null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
