Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – A newly built hotel located in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. It is currently under construction and is slated to open in Fall 2025. It features 331 guest rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of event and meeting space, a lobby bar, grab and go market proudly serving Starbucks coffee, and a third-party restaurant on-site. Owned and operated independently by Dittmar Company, an independent franchisee, the hotel functions separately from Hilton Hotels and Resorts. Hilton Arlington Rosslyn is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Catering & Conference Services to lead our catering and events team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel catering and event management, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.

Work Experience

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of catering and conference services, including sales, planning, execution, and financial managementDevelop and implement creative catering and event concepts that exceed guest expectationsLead and manage a high-performing catering and events teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and hotel staffEnsure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hotel catering and Social event management experienceProven leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong financial acumenPassion for providing exceptional guest service

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
