The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept environment for all guests. This hands-on leadership position involves daily supervision of housekeeping staff, ensuring brand standards are met, and guest rooms and public areas are spotless and ready on time.

Key Responsibilities:Team SupervisionAssign daily tasks to room attendants and inspect work for cleanliness and compliance.Train new housekeeping staff on proper procedures and Hilton cleanliness standards.Motivate and support the housekeeping team to maintain high morale and productivity.Quality AssuranceConduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.Ensure prompt response to guest requests or housekeeping-related complaints.Inventory & SuppliesMonitor linen and supply inventories and communicate needs to management.Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.Safety & ComplianceEnsure staff follows all safety protocols and hygiene standards.Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and Hilton brand policies.


Work Experience
Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality required (Hilton experience a plus).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Able to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
