About the Role

The Shared Services Data Analytics Specialist plays a key role in generating and analyzing data related to Shared Services Management. This role is responsible for developing Shared Services Management related data and transforming it into actionable insights and presenting them in a clear, business-friendly format to support strategic decision-making. The specialist will work closely with the Shared Services Data Analytics Consultant and other SSM team members. He/She will also collaborate with various teams to fulfill data-related requirements, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of reports that drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Insights & Trend Analysis

Analyze comparative trends to improve New Business approval rates.Maintain and update the end-to-end LOA inventory and provide actionable insights to the Service Management and Business Center team.

ADA Enrolment Monitoring

Manage the ADA enrolment report to support the collection of subsequent premiums.Distribute monthly ADA enrolment reports by division to Sales, enabling timely action on unenrolled policies.

Reinstatement Suspense Reporting

Generate weekly Reinstatement Suspense Reports per division.Provide Sales with a consolidated view of reinstatable policies with payments but pending requirements to support persistency targets.

Operational Reporting

Deliver timely and accurate reports to support business units in achieving SLA and ANP targets.Key reports include: SSM Mancom Report, Coffee Closing report, Touchpoint Utilization and other ad hoc reports as needed.

Risk Assessment & Governance

Collaborate with SSM team members to assess monthly Key Operational Risks and ensure alignment with risk appetite levels.Coordinate and contribute to the monthly FURMM report and stakeholder meetings.

Departmental Reporting

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of key departmental reports including: Mancom ReportBPI Monthly Business Review ReportBDM Monthly Meeting ReportFURMM Report

Ad Hoc Support

Provide assistance on any Shared Services-related ad hoc tasks or special requirements as needed by the team, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

Graduate of a 4- or 5-year College Course, preferably in Statistics, Math and Computer Science.At least 1 year of work experience in Data AnalyticsAdept in the use of Excel and other analytics softwares (SAS, Microsoft Power BI)Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
